Become a tester

The TIS GmbH (hereinafter "TIS") is organizing this promotion. Participation in this promotion, execution and management shall be governed by the following provisions. For participation in this promotion no purchase of a product from TIS is required.

II.1.

This campaign only addresses entrepreneurs, legal persons or companies.

Minimum requirement for the participation in the test is a fleet including at least 20 vehicles.

II.2.

All employees of TIS, as well as their relatives and dependents, are excluded from participation.
People who are in charge directly or indirectly with the testing, monitoring and management of TIS, are also excluded from participation.
Consumers are excluded from participation.

Participants who violate the conditions of participation or have provided false information in connection with the participation or have unfair an advantage can be excluded from the promotion. In addition, TIS reserves the right to exclude unauthorized users even retrospectively. Multiple participation is not allowed. Multiple registrations can be voided and the participant excluded altogether from this test action by TIS after becoming aware of it.

Registration as a tester as part of this promotion possible from February 10, 2021 for an unlimited time span. For participation the e-mail address entered by the participant in the application form is decisive.

An application for participation is only possible online and on this website. The participant must enter his e-mail address into the online form at the bottom of this page.
TIS will decide on the selection of test partners. The determination of the participants is subject to entitled participation under section III and IV and is final and binding.

The test participants will be notified via the e-mail address that was specified as part of this promotion. Another written notification by post will not be performed.

After receipt of the notification by TIS the participant must contact TIS within 4 weeks in writing by mail at the following address: TIS GmbH, Müller-Armack-Str. 8, 46397 Bocholt and confirm his participation. For the timely receipt of the confirmation the stamped date of the postmark is decisive. After a period of 4 weeks without notice to TIS following a participation notification the participation expires and a new participant is selected.

For the test action a rental agreement between test companies and TIS is completed, specifying the test equipement with list prices, the test conditions, as well as individually agreed trial period. The rental contract is free of charge, as long as the test-equipment is returned complete and undamaged within 14 days after the trial period. Normal signs of use are not considered as damage.

The test claim is non-transferable.

The goods delivered by TIS for the test campaign remain the property of TIS and may not be pledged or transferred by way of security.
The test participant is responsible for lost or damaged equipment.
Possibly resulting (consequential) costs for the test companies resulting from the use of the equipment and / or costs resulting from the selection as a tester are not covered by TIS. TIS assumes no liability for damages incurred by a subscriber through the adoption and / or use of the test equipment.

By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees that TIS stores personal data for the period and for the purpose of implementation and management of this campaign. TIS is entitled to forward the data to third parties, which are responsible for the implementation and management of the tester campaign or for this purpose.

TIS may cancel or terminate the promotion at any time without notice and delivery of reasons. This right TIS can especially make use of, in case a proper performance of the test for technical or legal reasons should no longer be possible.

The right of recourse to courts of law is excluded.

These terms and conditions and all legal relationships resulting therefrom shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, in so far as no other jurisdiction is required by law. If any provision of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.
