The module enables the capturing of shipping documents, damages and pick-up obstacles during pick-up by the driver. The photos are transferred to the TIS server immediately after creation and are then available in Infodesk for further processing.
The module enables the acquisition of all necessary basic data for swap bodies with or without order reference. Existing data related to cargo vessels, such as SB number and loading vessel type are transmitted via the TMS to TISLOG and are thus available on the MDT for selection by your drivers.
The module allows the sender-specific documentation for the recording of empties by your driver directly during order processing. The data collected are in addition to the other job data after transmission for further use and as evidence in your headquarters.
With this tool data can be taken from a suiting balance directly into TISLOG. At the same time the weighing process (taring, weighing / printing) can be controlled and order documents printed.
This add-on module allows your drivers to record all relevant data in refueling operations accurately, for example, payment, fill quantity, mileage etc.
This add-on allows you to print order documents, which are directly connected to the customer's data. For example, when delivering a gas supply the driver can combine a flow rate with the address of the customer and print a packing slip with his printer immediately.
The module" ZM Activity" determines idle times, availability and other relevant job and working hours for the headquarters. Moreover, the tool supports the accounting department in the preparation of personnel and expense reports.
The mobile capturing of the proof of delivery leads to simplified and expedited settlements. Because with the help of TISLOG a proof of delivery is available as a photo linked with the tracking number for immediate accounting.
We offer you the opportunity to have an interface between the TISLOG communication server and your archive system set up by us. To numerous archival systems we already have existing interfaces to offer.
This plug-in turns your mobile device into a mini-terminal of your host system. The user can scan data in the warehouse and pass them to the host system in real time. By this all information is up to date. Especially in time-critical processes this is an advantage, for example, in scanning in the transport loading and unloading.

This integration software efficiently integrates Telnet CE into TISLOG. Extra security for everyday work life: in case the device has lost the wireless connection to the host system, TISLOG switches the scanning beam off. This prevents the employee from losing scanned data without knowing.

The software module TISLOG office Tacho Archive supports you with the legally required archiving of the speedometer mass memory and the driver card. It is included in our central platform Infodesk.
The navigation module helps your driver to transport all loads quickly and safely to their destination. It calculates cheap routes, ensures bypassing of traffic jams and road closures, and offers a lot of other features.
Your choice comes between two versions:
• "fleet" for cars and small trucks in transit
•"truck" for large trucks, with truck-specific map data, including information about bridge heights, street widths, special road closures etc.

This module ensures that Map&Guide Navigation seamlessly communicates with your server: Your driver can conveniently take over the destination of his next stops by pressing a button in the navigation without having to type in any address. And while he navigates, TISLOG immediately reports new incoming orders or messages to him.
This software ensures protected, encrypted data transmission over any public and wireless networks. The VPN module protects against unauthorized access, for example, the unauthorized access to the communication of your truck driver with the headquarters, as well as the data transfer of inventory lists or confident operational data.
The tool assists the driver with the departure control, which he must conduct after each period of inactivity at his vehicle. By the use of a very simple checklist he can control all relevant parameters, document paperless and forward the information to the headquarters.

With our module TISLOG office Pickup Order, you can receive order data from your customers digitally, even if they are not connected to your systems via dial-up.
For subcontractor fleet vehicles: With this module, the subcontractor can assign orders to his trucks on the go at any time. That status is immediately transmitted to the control center. This allows a more efficient use of field contractors.
This interface module provides transparent receipt management at your headquarters. In order to create conclusive virtual delivery receipts with all relevant information including the recipient's signature, drop off time, delivery status, signee in plain text with customizable service provider logo and service provider address. We are also there for you, if you need additional specifications.
We offer you the opportunity to have an interface between the TISLOG communication server and your archive system set up by us. To numerous archival systems we already have existing interfaces to offer.
The module allows the comparison of the optimal tour transmitted by the host system to TISLOG office with the actually driven route in order to check whether the truck has taken the optimum route.

With the additional module "Inventory registration" you can create any inventory list simply by barcode scanning, which will then be stored on the server. In many cases this makes the manual filling of paper documents and damage forms completely unnecessary. These forms can be married to photos of objects via the additional module "photo documentation".
The module "Data Capturing" reads job-related data from the terminal emulation and combines the information from your host computer with photos and graphics, which are then combined with the scanned shipment or package number. The driver is given access to the photo function of the PDA and can document any damages, clearly assign and store immediately, all without use of a digital camera and elaborate gathering of information by hand. By combining with the tracking number you will be sure that all data is linked to the correct transaction.
The module supports your claim settlement. PDF documents, including photo documentation and company logo, can easily be created and passed on in case of a claim. Another advantage: The data can be transferred to the server quickly and automatically.

The module "Loading Space Documentation" stands ready in the background while your employee works with the terminal emulation. By pressing a button, the module for photo capturing can be activated to document the loading process. This feature especially provides improved protection against compensation claims and improved evidence capabilities in case of controls.
The module "Dimensioning" enables the seamless capturing of bulky items. With a small hardware extension, the dimensions can be measured visually based on a photograph. The connection of a mobile scale allows weight capturing via Bluetooth. Background of the development is the increasing cost pressure in groupage freight: Very often bulky goods are not declared as such by the shipping carrier and as a consequence the corresponding freight charge is not included in invoicing by the cooperation partner.
